At Greenwich Letterpress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and home goods. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused, non-customized products within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our West Village studio address provided in your authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
